Do I need a website or a card machine?

No. Your holipass listing is the page travelers book from, and guests pay at your venue.

What happens when a guest doesn't show?

Mark the booking as a no-show in your dashboard so your records reflect what happened.

Can I close for a ceremony day or a family matter?

Block unavailable times in your calendar. Review existing bookings and contact affected guests directly.

Who sets my prices and time slots?

You do, always. Change them any time from your phone — quiet-hour rates, session lengths, how many guests per slot.

How do I get paid?

Directly at your venue. holipass records the booking but does not collect the customer payment.

What does “Verified” actually check?

Verification reviews business documents, owner identity and photos of the premises.
